“I take the drop in spin classes a few times a month at this gym and I love the staff and the great group of ladies in the classes. The spin class is in a fun setting with black lights and funky dance party balls with an uplifting music selection and with energetic instructors. The classes are a fair price and are much less $$ compared to other spin classes in Gainesville so I was excited to find out there is a spin class here locally in Lake City close to my home for half the price and the same amount of intensity!!!“
