About Steak 'n Shake

Steak 'n Shake is a restaurant known for its delicious burgers, such as the bacon double and the melt, accompanied by their famous shoestring fries. The staff is generally friendly and willing to address any issues, though some customers have noted concerns with the manager's understanding of service animal etiquette. While the condiments and napkins may seem excessive to some, the restaurant offers a variety of options for customers, including kid-friendly meals and shakes.

The dining experience at Steak 'n Shake has evolved, with a focus on kiosk ordering even for dine-in customers. This has led to a more self-service approach, where customers must scan their receipts to receive refills on their drinks. Some customers have found this system inconvenient, while others have appreciated the efficiency. The food quality remains a highlight, with the Frisco burger and the burger in general receiving positive reviews.

Despite the changes, Steak 'n Shake continues to provide a casual dining experience where customers can enjoy a good meal and a refreshing shake.
