“ALWAY stop and check your food at this location!!!
I went through the drive thru around 8 PM to get something quick to eat on my drive north. As always, I stopped in a parking spot to check my food - fries were cold and nuggets were cold and slimy. Ew!
Walked in with the bag asked nicely if they could give me new fries and nuggets and why. The manager appeared like magic, reassuring me that that should NOT have happened and that if I didn't mind waiting for a few minutes, she'd get fresh fries and nuggets for me.
My original order was 2 biggie bags, one for each of us. She made things right by giving me a large fry and a 10 piece nuggets for each of us. I was just hoping for one-for-one replacements and she totally spoiled us with extra. Thank you!“
“The staff were quick to welcome us in. They even made sure before even giving me my food that there wasn’t any put on it by mistake that wasn’t supposed to be there. (Most fast food joints could care less if you have any food allergies.) It also seems like the staff (including the manager on shift) get along really well. It was pleasant to listen to them interact while we were eating our lunch. The food was also spot on.“
“Service at lunch time was great. As a family traveling with a young child, it would have been nice to access a changing table in the women or men’s restroom.
I wish this were common in restaurants especially ones near the highway.“
