“The staff working is great except for this unfriendly professional that has no personality at all her name is Gabriel not helpful when ordering you food not nice has no customer skills greeting customers has attitude and pissed customer s off and runs away from customers so other co workers have to help the pissed off customer it only take s one employee to kill business .“

“Very kind staff. Shout out to Tristan! I ordered in the drive-through and when i got to the window realized i did not have my wallet. He paid for my order, no hesitation. And it wasn’t just a coffee. My order was $29!
I returned later to pay him back + give him a deserving tip.
I am so glad his mother & sister happened to be there when I stopped back in because I got to meet & tell them about Tristan’s good deed (i bet he never would have mentioned it to anyone).
He’s a great young man.
To his parents, great job. For real.

People are genuinely helpful here and as someone with social anxiety, I feel more at ease when I sit and chat with the staff. “Pregnant wife wanted an iced coffee from Dunkin, when I received my order in the drive thru it was a hot coffee I explained this was supposed to be iced. Employee Jeremy stated “sorry can’t do anything for you” we even asked for just a cup of ice and he said “our manager said we can’t give you a cup of ice” needless to say I pulled around front and walked in side. Upon entering employee Bella greeted us and apologized and completely replaced the coffees at no charge. Needless to say they need to hire more people like Bella and less like Jeremy. The 4 stars review is for Bella not Jeremy as I would give him 0 stars.“

“I made a mistake on an online order of 3 dozen donuts for an event this morning, and Ellie resolved the problem right away. She called another location to make sure I could get that many donuts on time for my event. Even though it was my mistake, Ellie took responsibility for solving the problem and was cheerful and professional.“

“They gave me burnt hashbrowns, I refused to accept it, the server at the window was rude and unprofessional. They gave me another batch which was also burnt, I ordered for curler donut, they did not tell me that they do not have it, when they gave me my order, there was no donut. it was futile arguing with them, extremely disappointed. WHAT A WASTE !“
