“We have been going to the physical location in Oviedo to pick out our meals for a couple of months and have since mostly stopped cooking at home. These meals give us everything we are looking for and more. As empty nesters, we want to eat healthy and something portioned to what just the 2 of us need. These meals are not just healthy, they are delicious with the variety changing every week. We have to come on Tuesdays after work because meals sell out fast and they stay open waiting for us because we have become like family and they know when to expect us. We would give them 10 stars!“

“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!
Dietary restrictions: plenty of dairy free and gluten free options
Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old loves the greek chicken and turkey tacos which makes dinner time so much easier.“

“Nice little place with a decent coffee/drink menu and a small food menu. I was drawn here because they have vegan options for breakfast, which is what I was looking for. I got the tofu scramble Huevos Rancheros as a bowl, and it was tasty! I started mixing the bowl before I took a picture, so my picture doesn’t quite represent what it looked like when I got it. I enjoyed the music they had playing as well, which is always a plus for me.“

“I ordered a Mediterranean veggie wrap. I'm not sure what I got but it was not that. Definitely no rice in it I do not see a number to call and I cannot run back up there today. This was my second visit there. I recommend you check your food before you leave.
I go back at a later date to tell the gentleman that he gave me the wrong order. He seemed surprised and acted as if that were impossible. I ordered a smoothie which was great. He was not considerate enough to correct the problem he created.
Just want to give you an update. I went back and the gentleman gave me half off on the order to make up for the issue I had before. Still a great place to visit, with good food and healthy smoothies.“

“Delicious food and very friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable. Good selection of vegan lunch items to choose among. I loved the wrap I had, despite not being vegan myself. A little tricky to find once you enter the (office) building. Walk to the very end of the hallway to the right when you pass the lobby area.“

“I love all the choices that you get to choose from to put in your bowl. And everything is so fresh and delicious! My favorite sauce is the basil pesto. It is exceptional! Tim and Phil provided exceptional service this evening for our meal. We will be back!“
