This is my convenient Starbucks since I live in the neighborhood and it's on the way to hit I-4. Love the location of this Starbucks, but man it gets so crowded in the parking lot. Regardless, I always mobile order and pick-up in the drive thru.Last Thursday, 11/16 - I ordered like a normal day but accidentally hit in-person instead of drive thru. I just want to shout out Juliana for her constant stellar customer service! I order from this location often and she always greets me with a smile and genuine warmth. She is the reason I keep coming back!

I wish they would take the employees from this Starbucks and create another location. They provide the best service, the drinks are ALWAYS made right and with extra love, and the service is consistent. Bug helped me today and was absolutely amazing. She could put a smile on anyone’s face. This is by far the best Starbucks location in both Lake Mary & Sanford.
