This Taco Bell. The employees are my goats. I went inside at 10:45 PM in a JROTC uniform with nothing but agony and despair in my soul. My car had broken down, just outside the parking lot. My serpentine belt snapped. I had to rush somewhere quickly. Time was of the essence. And then, I spotted the bell. I came at like 10:30pm after a long shift and was greeted with the nicest customer service I've literally ever had at a Taco Bell. They were out of all Baja Blast which was the only thing I wanted, so I order another drink, and Patrick was the sweetest human being ever, absolutely made my whole night. Give that guy a raise.
Dawson was working the drive thru, he was very kind and patient and asked us if we had any questions. He made sure not to rush us and his customer service should be used as an example! He was respectful and professional!
