The Dam Pub is a dive bar that has been cleaned up by new owners. It is a local hangout for bikers, airboaters, and neighborhood folk. The atmosphere is quirky and cozy. The staff are friendly and attentive. The pub offers a great view of the river, with a jukebox, pool, and darts. Live music on Saturdays and Sundays has been brought back. The signature Bloody Marys are fabulous, and the Big Dam Burger with fries is the best. It is a great place to fish, and visitors would choose the dam over the bridge or outlet. Parking is great for boat, bike, or car. It is a bar, so there are no vegetarian options and dietary restrictions are not accommodated.
