Instead of ordering on our own, we went with Pat’s recommendation of the Maryland style shrimp salad sandwich….WOW! So delicious!! Will definitely return while here in West Palm Beach!!“

The espresso was bright, balanced, and brewed at the perfect temperature, bringing out the flavor of the beans without scorching or overpowering the natural notes. You can tell care went into the extraction because it had a clean finish and a smooth character instead of that burnt taste some places get. A solid stop for anyone who appreciates a well-crafted cup. ☕“

“The shop was buzzin’ but the line moved fast. I’m a big fan of the decor since there is nothing like this in the area. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I tried the February seasonal Cherry Blossom matcha and my fiancé had a Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte. The ham and cheese croissant was flaky on the outside and chewy on the inside - toasted to perfection. We will definitely be coming back to try their other items.“

“I have been here a few times and really enjoy the variety of options, including vegan and sugar-free flavors. The toppings have always looked fresh and there’s a nice selection. One caveat is this place charges by weight, but only has one large cup size. It is difficult enough for adults to exercise restraint (lol), but I imagine young children will just load up the cup and you will easily spend $15 for one ice cream. A modest helping will average $10. The staff has never been particularly friendly or welcoming, often talking among themselves even when waiting on customers. Despite this, I would recommend and would return because it is yummy. There is both indoor and outdoor seating.“

“First off, I’m not a frozen yogurt eater at all, but this place is my only exception. It is literally my favorite place to go and even tops ice cream shops in my opinion. The yogurt is extremely cold and It stays fresh longer and doesn’t melt or get soupy. The toppings are all freshly kept so you can customize your bowl how ever you like…..your own way. It’s self serve for the entire process which makes it fast and efficient. Nothing is worse than waiting in line at ice cream stores or getting some rude employee that skimps on toppings. This place has very friendly staff and you can load up your bowl with as much fresh fruit, candy, sauces and whipped cream as much as you like. It absolutely delicious and I highly recommend 16 Handles.“

Brooklyn, a very lovely and hard working employee always gives me the best service, I'm always blown away by how hard her and her team work at this shop. “I’m giving this place 5 stars overall because they’re friendly and their heart is in the right place. My very amazing boyfriend brought me here as a surprise thinking it was organic because of the name and banding of the place. I was sad to burst his bubble letting him know that it wasn’t. When he asked how I knew I told him it wasn’t because I could see the containers of Herba Life which is full of Sulfites and Soy and other filler nonsense. I wish we could eat here regularly but Im sure we’ll never go back unless they start using higher quality products like Paleo Valley and organic fruits and teas.

If you don’t care about any of that stuff then you will definitely love this place and shouldn’t hesitate to go. The waffle was huge and the presentation was perfect. The horchata and pistacho drinks were also huge.“

“This has been our go to spot while on vacation in Palm Beach. Great service, coffee, pastries, and smoothies. It gets busy, but the team works like a well oiled machine and cranks out drinks quick. You may have to wait in line during the busy periods but it’s the best choice in the area, it’s worth it.“
