“Natural Blends is the BEST. They have the most delicious smoothies with tons of really high quality protein and supplement options to add in if you want. They don’t use cheap, low quality stuff like most of these places; way better than any Smoothie King, Tropical Smoothie, or any of the major chains. Their açaí bowls are INSANE, the food is really good and fresh, and they sell all kinds of protein and other supplements, fresh juices, etc. This is NOT your run of the mill smoothie shop… Once you try it, you’ll be in there every day like everyone else.“

“Awesome local place with healthy food options. A variety of juices, sandwiches, coffees etc. it is not a sit down place so don’t expect to dine in. It is a small shop where you walk in and order and take out. Prices are fair as well for what you are getting. I had the smokehouse Sammy and it was amazing!! If you are looking for a good place to quickly stop and grab a bite and some juice or coffee this is the place!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but Sobol absolutely deserves the spotlight! This hidden gem opened in 2022, and I can confidently say it blows every other açaí bowl place out of the water. The best part? You get to build your own bowl, which means every bite is exactly how you want it – and everything is incredibly fresh.
From the vibrant fruit to the perfectly blended açaí base, it’s clear that quality is a top priority here. We've tried plenty of spots, but nothing comes close to this. The flavors, the texture, the presentation – all on point.
Customer service is just as impressive – our delivery was on time, professional, and friendly. Whether you're a regular or trying it for the first time, the experience is smooth from start to finish.

“I think I've visited just about every açai and smoothie venue in South Florida, and I can sincerely say that Bahia Bowls is the finest I've come across. The ingredients are exceptionally fresh, and the açaí has the perfect consistency. The protein bites are out of this world, and the smoothies have no added sugar. Everything here is truly exceptional!“

“Not sure if the girl changed her gloves after handling cash, however I noticed she was touching everything with those gloves that was not food . However she was nice and the smoothie was good . I’ve been here a few times before and enjoyed it this is the only time I’d say the experience was alright .“

“Gabby made us beautiful fresh Acai bowls that I will surely come back for more! She also made us try a protein donut that was so great!! 👍 They also have loyalty cards that you get a free goodies too! It's in a small tiny strip on the west side of the road.“
