I can’t believe this is just a little food truck with one lady! I got the Caldo de res soup and omg. Incredible so healing, it even had cabbage in it. I was sucking the meat off the bones the yucca the sweet plantains just awesome. I’m really excited to come back now that I have more opportunity to be in the area.
Omggggg!!! The pupusas here are to die for! She makes literally everything from scratch. The pupusa’s were not greasy, super fluffy, so tender. Literally, when you take a bite, the food melts in your mouth. I love it. Definitely would be putting this truck in my rotation.
