Just did a mobile order. Drive thru wait wasn’t long and the girls working the drive thru were great. The what I’m assuming is a manager or shift lead or whatever was having such an attitude with her workers. The two girls in the pick up window were just trying to do their job. It sounded like she told them to do one thing and then changed her mind and gave a massive attitude when the second girl working wasn’t sure what she needed to do. Maybe the manager needs to learn...

The food line workers were so disrespectful to their manager. There’s a line in the restaurant and a drive thru line backed up, and the guy working the line was screaming, cursing and cutting up with his buddies.this is all very much in earshot of customers. Cashier and manager working hard though!

Had to wait forever, not enough people working and food was cold. Associates that were in the food prep area,including manager had no hair nets on long hair or beards. What IS going on. I was in food service 11yrs. Also own a catering business. And this is sanitation 101...
