Absolutely no overnight parking don’t even try, Rude old lady starts right at 7am in guard shack, make sure it’s 7 if you come 6:58am she will return you ? and then you get a dock from shipping or receiving, wait for almost unexpected 3-4 hours, they call you to get your papers. You can use Restrooms on site. Nighttime security guy is a gentleman, love the way he deals with people that’s why I’m giving 3 stars otherwise it would have been 1 only
I’ve read the reviews about this place, and I figured when I got here it was going to be a mess. That’s not the case, In fact I had to reschedule Tuesday delivery due to begin stuck on I -40 Sunday during accident and monsoon, so they rescheduled for Thursday @7am, Tuesday evening it had rescheduled for Wednesday @9am. After trying to get here I again got stuck on I-10 yesterday for hours during storm, I arrive this morning late arrival time 10:24 I just knew this was going...read full review

As for me - a pretty decent place.I came at 7:20, appointment was 8:00. It turned out that my appointment was not confirmed but I received the door. The other guy came 3 hours before his appointment and was told to park among containers and wait.Drivers get a clear instructions. Nice restrooms.Please prepare your CDL for check in
