“So excited this location is finally open!! I know they had a rough start through no fault of their own as there were problems with the A/C and electric (shame on the company that built that brand new plaza for not getting it right in the first place!). Even though their drive thru was busy I was greeted quickly when I walked up to the counter. Mary, the manager, was so kind, friendly and helped me place my catering order. Staff were friendly and attentive. I’m happy to have a great bagel place close by for a quick meal and for catering!!“

“Grind Haus Coffee Co in Lutz, FL is such a charming local coffee shop! I went with a couple of friends, and we all enjoyed the delicious food and drinks. I especially loved the caramel layered latte—it was rich, flavorful, and perfectly made. I also loved how they canned cold beverages—such a fun and unique touch and perfect for enjoying later or taking on the go. The kind staff made us feel welcome, and I really enjoyed the stylish aesthetics and inviting atmosphere. The wonderful smell of fresh coffee and food added to the experience. “I’m recently dairy free because my baby girl has an allergy. I ordered an iced caramel oat milk drink thinking it was dairy free, and then after I had already received my order questioned whether the caramel itself was actually dairy free or not. I went to the window and the worker confirmed it was not. I was clearly super bummed and they offered to make me a different drink. I really appreciated that they did that. My coffee was delicious!“

“We are fortunate to have this gem nearby the house. The folks here are prompt and efficient. Order is usually wrapped up pretty quickly. I call ahead and get there within 10 minutes to find my order ready. The prices are reasonable and food is great. My goto bagel spot when I'm having a craving.“

“20 years ago we would frequent Einsteins in St Louis Missouri. The bagels and bagel choices are still excellent. A few things have changed. We stopped here on our way home an hour away. We don't eat in the car and we're surprised no tables and chairs. Think the streamline version is missing the atmosphere you see at a Panera or other cafes. Not inviting, we did use a shelf an enjoyed the bagels standing. Would I come again? Probably not, I would go to a different one if they offered seating. The counter person could be more welcoming and happy to see customers.“

“Best bagels I've found in the area. Staff always says good morning when I come in. It's rare these days to find people who actually seem to enjoy their jobs but these people do. Other places they make you feel like you did something wrong just because you want to order food but not here. Keep it up“
