Einstein Bros. Bagels offers a variety of delicious food and drinks, with many customers enjoying items like the Octoberfest bagel and cinnamon rolls. The service is generally fast, and the staff are often friendly, making customers feel welcomed. However, some reviews mention issues with employee attitudes, with instances of eye-rolling and unprofessional behavior affecting the experience. There have also been complaints regarding specific orders, like receiving cheese when it was requested to be omitted, and concerns about the lack of seating and certain menu items, such as egg bagels. While some visitors have expressed excitement about the new location and its offerings, they hope for improvements in service and food consistency. Overall, Einstein Bros. Bagels has great potential but needs to address these concerns to enhance the customer experience.
