“On Thursday evening, June 5, 2025, I had the pleasure of dining at Margo’s Kitchen Restaurant alongside my wife, two of my sisters, and one of my brothers-in-law. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed, and the exceptional level of hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The staff were attentive and courteous, making sure every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at Margo’s Kitchen. The food was absolutely outstanding—authentic Haitian cuisine prepared with care and rich in flavor. Each dish we ordered was well-seasoned, beautifully presented, and left us thoroughly satisfied. To enhance the dining experience even further, Thursday night happened to be Jazz Night, featuring the smooth and soulful sounds of Wilson Pierre and his talented ensemble. Their live performance created a vibrant, joyful atmosphere that made the evening feel extra special. What stood out most was the genuine involvement of the restaurant owners. They were not only present but actively engaged—personally helping serve dishes, checking on guests, and ensuring everyone was enjoying themselves. Their pride and passion for both the food and the culture were evident in every detail. I am incredibly proud to support and recommend this gem of a Haitian restaurant. “My boyfriend and I came in after seeing such great reviews. I sampled the jerk chicken and it was so delicious, so we both got jerk chicken with rice and peas. We got a hefty amount. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. It tastes like they smoke the chicken and make their own home made sauces and seasonings - nothing out the package. We will be back often !“

“This was my first time visiting. This establishment is a husband and wife run place that prepares your food fresh. I was craving conch fritters and this place delivered big time. My conch fritters were delicious and perfectly spiced. They have a new customer for life!!!“

“It's a food truck in a parking lot. But it's SOoooo good! Authentic!! We pulled over from out of town real quick in the parking lot. Not even hungry. It smelled so good we got some rice,beans, and curry chicken. It was so good we grabbed ice and put the food on ice to drive 3 hours home and eat the rest for dinner!
The guy was great there! So lovely to speak with!
They have a picnic table outside and a shaded area with a large fan to sit at and eat if you want to eat there.

“Wow!i was driving by and saw the jamaican flag and soon realized there is a restaurant. I decided to get something to eat. when i walked in i saw only one customer so i started to have second thoughts but i went ahead and ordered, i turned around and saw four customers behind me . Let me just say this (YOU HAVE TO TRY THAT FOOD) I had the j*** pork and i can’t wait to go back and try something else . The way the food is placed , makes you want to eat it. “Undoubtedly the best doubles I've had in Florida. Soft bara, tasty channa, and the right flavors from the sauces.

I get my doubles, aloo pie, bake & shark, and roti whenever I visit family in south Florida. Scarlet and the rest of the team is always friendly and efficient.

Con - very limited seating, only 4 tables for 4.

Gripe - unreasonable 4% surcharge for credit cards. This is unacceptable especially with payments processors charging way less than that. Plus the global trend is going cashless. Small businesses can do better than adding this unreasonable charge which just serves to minimize the experience.“

“Close to my home. Taste close to home for two of my aides. One from Jamaica. One from Haiti. Both reccomend Goat stew as fell and broke both upper and lower appliances. I look like walrus and ate goat like one as well. Goat was soft, spicy and spectacular. Enjoyed sides of plantains, salad and of course red beans and rice.“

“Food was delicious. I rang the bell and dude just sat there and i almost walked away but he got up. Got the food and the oxtails barely had meat and i had alot of rice. For a small its 21.34, shouldve been 9.99. Overall food was good, sat right so i have no room to complain. Just wish the dude had more life in him, he really looked and sounded like he was just ready to go home. Food wasnt fresh but it did the job. Never spending my money here again though just because of the price and how much meat i got. Disappointing. Only looking for a quick bite so i can get back to work but its not worth it.“

“This is a small establishment of Atlantic Ave. on the south side of the street. I like the food is there to be viewed and doesn't require much of a wait. I tried multiple dishes. I would recommend the legume, mais, MACARONI, and the griot with rice and beans. I thought the prices were a bit high. **Maybe a lunch special.
