“Decent Chinese food I have been eating here for almost 10 years and the food is good. The only issue I have ever had is that they jacked up the prices around the pandemic time and didn't change the menus. Also, they charge a ridiculous delivery fee so I don't get delivery anymore. I don't know why there really bad reviews, the food actually has flavor. Sometimes the people ordering ARE the issue. Not everyone at this restaurant speaks English well but in 10 years, ive never had one mess up on an order, bad food or any major issues and I ate it at least 1 or 2 times a month. They also don't use MSG which a lot of other places do“

“My wife and I kept driving past this place as we were new to the area. One day, we decided to give it a shot. Now, we generally go once per week, but I'm hopelessly addicted to this place. “I went to Pei Wei last Wednesday when it was super busy, but the service was still top-notch thanks to Johnny at the front. I had a pickup order but forgot to add a couple of things and even mixed up what I ordered for my kids. Johnny was a lifesaver. He was so nice and patient, fixing everything up quickly and keeping me updated the whole time. His great attitude and professionalism made all the difference. “Great experience with the friendliest waitress I’ve ever had. She gave us all (four people) a free sushi salad appetizer to celebrate the recent opening of their sushi bar. I asked if the chef can prepare a dish with less condiments added. Chef is very accommodating. Great great staff behind the counter.Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat too many salty food. “I love the lobby of this restaurant because it's an introvert's dream LOL. I walked in for a pick up order I made online and there was some bar seating and a table in the small lobby. The receptionist/cashier was so sweet! The place was very clean and looked new. I ordered 8 crab Rangoons because pregnancy cravings, and a pint of chicken fried rice and... I loved it! The bag came with a fork, soy sauce, the sweet red sauce and a fortune cookie as well. The rice tasted so fresh and slightly undersalted which is fine since I'm watching my sodium intake lol. The Rangoons were perfect! I am sure I'll be back to try more menu items. Pregnant me is very happy“

“My partner and I visited this buffet because a family member highly recommended it. We went on a weekend and a weekday, so we've gone twice. The food was good, so there were no complaints there, but we felt rushed by the servers because they brought out the checks quickly when we were nowhere near done. To us, we felt pressured to eat rapidly to pay and leave. Even though we felt very pressured, we took our time and watched the servers pass by more than three times and or look over at our table multiple times. I'm surprised no one else has commented on this, but I noticed this mainly happens to singles and couples when they're barely two plates in.“

The other day they called me a few hours after we picked up and said to comeback because they noticed our credit card was charged twice and needed my card to do reversal. “This is our usual take out spot weekly/bi-weekly. I decided to go out of my usual General Tso zone and go for something different. My wife always gets the Chick with mixed veg with SOS and I tried a chicken honey ginger dish with dumplings (not really, but I'll get to that in a sec). My wife's dish is the biz as usual, but my ginger dish was AMAZING. it's like sweet and sour chicken, but the sauce is what took it over the top. You can taste the fresh ginger and it was sweet, but not too sweet. Some left over sauced served another purpose for a Japanese grill dish I did a couple of days later and did not disappoint. The appetizer of dumplings are not what they used to be. These are gyoza (potstickers) and not the thicker dough that is traditional.“

“the sever was very rude demanding a tip for very few poor food and disrespectful service she was not a good witness the restaurant had a very nasty smell to it like somebody died. she was yelling cursing and screaming in Chinese language she was not professional at all and it's not mandatory to tip tipping is from the kindness of your heart she was so unprofessional she told me and my family we should have order to go it was very wrong for her to treat us in a nasty bad manner she didn't do her job wrong to get a tip we had sweet tea and she gave us unsweet tea as our refill I had to put sugar in the tea myself which wasn't enough the tea was too unsweet then the first patch she gave us she seen the bill and complained about the zero tip it wasn't right of her as the food tasted very terrible and stale how can anyone mess up with shrimp fried rice it tasted so horrible it left a disgusting taste in my mouth“

“Stayed in a nearby hotel, were craving Chinese, not many options in this area of West Palm Beach, this place was the nearest, so we picked up an order to-go: Hot and Sour soup, Pork Foo Young with an Eggroll and Thai Curry Chicken. Hot and Sour Soup was thick like lava, not very flavorful, wouldn't get it again. Thai Curry Chicken was marked with a pepper indicating its spicy, but not only did it lack spice, it also lacked any flavor and was very bland. Wouldn't get it again. Hubby said Pork Foo Young was a little burnt and the rice that came with it tasted horrible - some kind of a weird smoky flavor. The only thing that was basically fine was the eggroll. Gave it four stars because everything seemed fresh, just not to our taste.“
