“My wife and I arrived on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025 at 2:30 and found the place empty except for an older couple (like us) sitting at the bar which we sat at as well. We were greeted by Kalen who was bartender/waiter and was happy to share the history of his family restaurant. We have been displaced New Englanders for close to ten years and know good seafood and UNTIL TODAY was convinced it was never going to be found in Florida! We ordered two beers after taste testing four or five of their micro brews. Ordered two Clam Chowders , a Clam Basket (with bellies, which are non-existent in Florida), and a Lobster Roll, (Maine Style, which means "cold") and one of their famous Maine Whoopie Pies all for under a hundred dollars! FLORIDA , IF YOU WANT TO TASTE WHAT REAL SEAFOOD SHOULD TASTE LIKE....THIS IS THE PLACE! It is not an easy place to find but we will be back with all our New England friends that is for sure!“

“We have been wanting to stop in for awhile and finally we made it. To say it was worth the trip is an understatement. Aimee greeted us as soon as we sat down and offered samples. The beer was great, we tried several and were not disappointed. Aimee is very friendly and never stops helping the guests! The Wood Shed Grill, with Jason on deck cooking, was so flavorful, the chili is homemade and was amazing. THEN you put that chili on loaded tater tots - WOW, so yummy. We will be back, even with the 1.5 hour drive!!!“

“Great brewery with all GLUTEN REDUCED BEERS! was an awesome find for my wife and I. They also have ciders and wines. We stopped in to make some tie-dye shirts for a little promo/event for pride month. The flavor offerings were really unique and well done. I had a pickle beer and a pistachio beer that was to die for... my wife had a cider and grapefruit ale. Everything was excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly. Will definitely come back.“

“Far and away the best brewery in Clearwater. Possibly the best brewery in Pinellas County! The regulars are super inviting. The decor is unique and captivating. The free popcorn is a fun touch, especially if you add the flavored powders. There is a whole mini movie theater in the back! The lady that runs it is a true beer expert! All that praise and I havent even gotten to the best part - The Beer! They have some of the best main-stay beers around AND they regularly brew up fun experimental options as well. They truly have a beer for everyone. Plus they offer flights so you can find your favorite one even quicker. And for those who appreciate the small details, the flights are served in little beaker shaped glasses to stay on theme.“

“When vacationing recently at Clearwater Beach I went off on my own to check out a few breweries. Early visit due to wife back at the pool. On my way back I stopped at Clearwater Brewery for a brew, and as I got out my car I was informed by Wayne and Adam walking out for lunch the they are closed on Tuesday. I said I didn’t know and was vacationing from Chicago and was interested in checking them out. They were the most friendly and hospitable guys you will ever meet. I know this getting long, they turned around and opened up for me to seeing the brewery, have a pour and show me around. Super experience and Super good time.

“We lucked into the Rapp being open on a Monday afternoon. We were looking to kill an hour/two until dinner.

We enjoyed a few exceptional beers while visiting Rapp brewery. Zach, the brewer, nailed many of the beer favorites. I really enjoy sours and Berliner Weisse. Theirs are exceptional, with the right mix of tangy sour. I can't say one was better than the others, as each was outstanding. I tried the Red Razzle, Beach Gose - was a very beachy coconut pineapple concoction, Passionfruit Berliner, and the Mango Habanero - which was a lovely blend of fruit and pepper! My spouse enjoyed the Kolsch and Golden. He said both were outstanding. We'd definitely go back. Friendly service and great beers.

“Popped in during vacation last week cause we really wanted the peanut butter and strawberry beer! Boy oh boy! It had it in a chokehold! The best hands down! Starting chatting with the bartender, Bonita, she was extremely welcoming and really friendly! She treated you like a friend/family instead of a customer. That was really nice!
Cool spot, amazing beers, pool tables, 2 dart boards and an arcade .
We definitely will visit again!

“Hats off to the friendly staff! We were Florida July Sunshine hot after 1.5 hours at Tampa Bay Downs Golf Range and were looking forward to a cool TBBC brew and some ice water. Ginger was our server, awesome, she was perfect. We will be requesting her tables any time we return. She was kindly patient with us as we got our act together, ordered the ESPE Blonde and my better half greatly enjoyed the “The Last Days of Summer” sour. The food was surprisingly fantastic! They also have wood fire pizzas, which we will returning to try. Highly recommend!“

Every beer has a good story and is a taste adventure full of fresh ingredients, when they put real ingredients into their beer, they don’t skimp, this is the most unique beer in this area. Not to mention an always incredible selection of local art. This is where you need to be.“

“Food was good. It is a little pricey for the area it is about oar. I thought the crab boil would come with more food than it did but I get it. We got half crab half shrimp. The boiled peel and eat shrimp was the best part. Half pound of crab was only one cluster. For a family of 4 (two adults two kids) with a few beers and tip it was about 120 bucks. We would go back next time we're here. Service was great.“

Our table waited 15 minutes for a server at 3:00. Katie (bartender) and Avery (server) are excellent and should work the bar area.“
