I've gone to this location several times. Service can get a little slow during busy times but I find this more of a management problem of not properly staffing during peak times. Donuts are best before noon. Coffee is excellent. If getting ice coffee ask them to stir in the desired sugar before adding ice so that the sugar dissolves or use NutraSweet which is a powder and will dissolve in ice.
I would not go to this Dunkin' Donuts again. I paid for a bacon egg and cheese bagel. It was cold and only had 1 pice of bacon on the hole sandwich. I could have gone to Burger King accost the street and got a better sandwich for less money.
