It's sad what Arby's has become over the years. Never busy any more. My sandwich bun seemed stale, and the curly fries were cold and tasted a little fishy (probably made in same oil as their fish frys).
The beef and cheddar sandwich is one of my favorite fast food items. Service on my last few visits has been lacking. Went for lunch and although the place wasn't very busy it took a long time to get my food. My order wasn't correct once I received. The manager seemed to blame the cashier who ordered it correctly but it was made wrong. My food was eventually hot and tasty with some added Arby's and horsey sauce. Could have done without the ordering drama.

For having to wait so long in the drive through for my food you would think it would be hot and fresh. But it wasn't. The roast beef was dry. I asked for mayonnaise and lettuce. I had a pinch of lettuce. I don't think there was any mayo. And the fries were warm at best.
