“Delicious sushi restaurant! We started off with the fried gyoza appetizer and the salmon nigiri. There is an up charge of $6 if you decide to get all 12 salmon. For the entree I had the Chinese lo mein with shrimp and it was served fresh and hot. The food here is super filling! This is a fast food place so not many dine in. We were the only ones here but we did see several people walk in and get takeout to go. Prices were decent for the area. Sam {Father) nd Mo (daughter) are NY transplants who ran a successful storefront for over 30 years....... they bring a level of freshness and quality unseen in the region. their sushi slices are finger thick....... not the wafer thin version of 95% of sushi restaurants. the cozy intimate space is a pleasure and the hands-on service is top-notch. I strongly encourage you to seek this under the radar gym!“

“I was in the area for an appointment and I decided I want to stop in this place that said Thai sushi express. I ordered the vegetable soup, and it was one of the best vegetable soup I had ever had quite condensed with tofu and the vegetables. I also ordered the spicy tuna sushi rolls excellent. I even like the seaweed wrap that they use, which was very different from other places that I have been a patron of. I will go again and make it one of my regular places to eat. I do agree with other reviews that it is some of the best sushi I have had in this particular area of Florida.“

Tuna, cabbage, cucumber, and carrots with wasabi cream dressing was one of my favorite combinations. The portion size is very satisfying. For the price, you cannot get a fresher, tastier poke bowl than this. In terms of the environment, this is a small store, but I really love the vibe and décor. “So our family (well kids to be specific) has always had a tradition of going out to Hibachi for birthdays. For years we were going to Saitos on Lyons and Glades then they closed down. Honestly was never my favorite, but tradition is tradition. So we moved on to Benihana’s. Well don’t be fooled by the name. Their food and particularly their service was waaay below PAR. Anyways getting to the point, we wanted to try a new spot and stumbled on Saiko-I. From the first few minutes after being seated we could already tell the dramatic difference. The service was on point. Drinks served immediately, appetizers and meals ordered shortly after. Then came the chef. He was fun, entertaining, funny and efficient. The food was probably the best hibachi I’ve had. None of the one item at a time nonsense you get at the other places. And they used much less of the butter and other garbage they throw in at other spots. At the end of our meal we complemented the GM and she went out of her way to make our business feel appreciated. The staff here was friendly, classy and fun, and the food was amazing. Found our new spot! No this is not a solicited review, I was just super impressed with this place.
