I had an event planned, and unfortunately, my caterer cancelled on me at the very last minute literally the same day. In a panic, I reached out to Mr. Ken, explained the situation, and without hesitation he stepped in to help. I gave him the number of guests, and he immediately got to work preparing everything I needed.
His willingness to accommodate me on such short notice was beyond impressive.
While I waited for the catering order to be ready, Mr. Ken went above and beyond by offering me food and beverages so l would be comfortable. “Staying at a close hotel and looking for something good and that delivered. Found Li'l Reds. Super glad we did. Food was great and portions just right. Had the ribs/chicken combo with beans and rice and fries. It is not often that I dont put sauce on my ribs, I didn't tonight!! Ribs were top notch, wish I had more!! “Decided to try out Jerk Guy Ian after reading some reviews. The reviews were not lying when they said the best jerk chicken in south Florida! I got the jerk chicken plate spicy and the flavor was on point! It has a nice kick but it’s not overwhelmingly spicy. Next time I would probably ask for extra sauce on the chicken because it was so delicious and packed with flavor!! I will for sure be coming back! Thank you Ian for the great food and service!“

“Great pork ribs! Probably best in South Florida. Spoke with the gentleman pitmaster and this is their commissary location (business park, not restaurant), hence it is only takeout. They do a lot of markets and events but all the cooking is done at this location. They take the craft seriously. If you want to pick up some back door bbq with some real flavor go here. They take card but appreciates cash. I think they also are on the delivery apps. Wholly smoke!“

“They have amazing bbq. Much better than any bbq chain I’ve been to. Their burnt ends and candied yams are to die for. Oh and don’t sleep on the freshly brewed sweet tea, just wish there were lemons for the tea. Everything I’ve ever had there was mouth watering. I wish there was a closer location from where I live in Stuart, but yes I travel down south for the food.“

“Great food at a really good price. The server was more than helpful in finding something I’d like and telling me a bit about the restaurant. The bbq is not smoked in the traditional sense. Rather it is cooked over a wood fire and gets its Smokey flavor from that.

Either way it is delicious and I will be back.“

“Y'all. I would say about 80% of the times we go to the Food Truck Festival at Pembroke Lakes Mall on Thursdays, it is to get food from Coop's Spot Food Truck! The wings and ribs are sooo good (the sides are really good too). We have yet to find a really worthy BBQ spot in Pembroke Pines, but Coops does it for us in the meantime! I think it's the smoke, and the Sweet & Spicy sauce. ;)I will say, it used to take FOREVER to get your food from them though (one time I waited over 45min!). But it appears they are organizing themselves much better now, and they started giving us a time estimate (now it's usually 15min). And it's worth it. :)“

“Our family has been looking for a new bbq place, and we found it! Large menu, good prices, hot and fresh food. I'm allergic to pineapple, and most bbq sauce has pineapple in it. I ordered a full slab of ribs, sauce on the side. I was pleasantly surprised that even with no sauce the ribs were fall off the bone tender and delicious. “Restaurant was very busy. Served salad and bread before appetizer. Told appetizer would take a little while after they gave us our salad. Seemed like they were trying to rush us out of our seats so they could refill them. Appetizer should come before any part of the meal. That's what the word means. So cancelled the appetizer. Steaks were excellent.“
