My hubby hoped for the Goulash but it wasn't ready. He opted for the Schnitzel and hoped for spaetzle but could not sub for mashed potatoes. Luckily, I shared. Our waitress had a German work ethic. “So we ordered catering for our engagement party of about 35 people. We ordered 3 create your own pasta stations which feed everyone plus left overs. Plenty of pasta, plenty of sauce, protein was definitely short for the amount of people but luckily we were able to spread it across everyone. It also comes with salad and bread sticks so that certain helped was worth it! Would order that again for catering.“
“Well located where the Sweet Tomatoes restaurant served for ages at the hearth of Coral Springs, Fujimura Buffet & Sushi came to fill a void left for years in that area. Fujimura Buffet is not juts another oriental buffet restaurant like the ones we see all over everywhere. The place was well renovated, the atmosphere is right, all clean and well displayed. The food, to be honest, is not extraordinary but don’t get me wrong l, it will please the most exigent palates, but not a 5 star (yet), because a few dishes like oysters for example were not part of the buffet, as well the fried donuts for the dessert and other few “common” dishes offered in the well rated oriental buffets. Prices are very reasonable, maybe to call the attention and bring customers (I hope I am wrong lol). Personnel friendly, Amanda the waitress was very handy and always giving us an excellent service! Overall definitely a place to become a very well known. I hope and wish they keep up and improving the good work keeping the prices reasonable! So yes I recommend it! A+“

“For a take-out only restaurant, we were surprised at the quality of the food -- as well as the quantity. I'd driven by this place before, but there'd never been any open parking spots. It's in a different type of location -- a very small strip of businesses with only a few spots in front -- in the middle of a residential location. We were driving by between lunch and dinner and decided to stop to bring some food home for a later meal. When we stopped by, we got to meet the owners and chef. They were both very welcoming and friendly. He told us about some special meals and made suggestions. He was preparing some blue crabs for his own lunch, and they looked wonderful. You can get some special meals here, off menu, if you preorder. We went with a couple of our usual choices so we could see how they compared. We ordered some pork with Chinese vegetables and an order of Singapore rice noodles. Plus, for me an order of egg roll. The rice noodles were such a large portion that it filled two containers. And we wound up eating several meals from our take home food. The eggroll was very good. I ate one right away! There were two to the order. It had a different crispy wrapper -- it seemed house made. And it was filled with larger bits of meat. I really liked it. There was a lot of large flat pork slices in with the vegetables. In a brown sauce, there was broccoli, bok choy, pea pods, etc. It came with a side container of white rice. The rice noodles were fragrant with curry, but it only had a slight kick (as in not too spicy). There were lots of shrimp, chicken, and pork strips mixed in with the thin noodles. This dish was addictive. We are so glad we stopped to try them. Really one of the better Chinese places we've tried and certainly one of the better take-out places. Wish they were closer, or we'd be there more often.“

“Am a Chinese who grew up in Singapore so I am a fierce critic of authentic Chinese food. This place is run by Cantonese Chinese (including all kitchen staff) so you get the real deal. The roast duck was juicy and surprisingly very properly done - not oily, the right amount of doneness, and slight crispy skin. Also had the Wonton Noodles, which while I’ve had better elsewhere, is considered pretty good. It came with a general amount of plump wantons. Wished I’d come earlier as the BBQ pork and roast pork had sold out. If you’re looking for authentic Chinese food, this is a place to eat at. The place is also well air-conditioned and clean. It’s hard to find such an authentic Asian eatery here in Miami that serves decent food.“

Yes, I was skeptical when ordering as how big of a difference can Chinese be, right? OMG, this place blew me away with the lightly battered HUGE chicken pieces and the amount of filling in their Crab Rangoon. Freshly made, none of the standard dirty grease smell from old oil. The portions are HUGE, so really, the 1 order of each would have been plenty. I'm glad I didn't know. It will be dinner again tomorrow! As far as the Door Dasher, she was amazing as well.
