Ate dinner at Ski Beach last night. Third time there, and food has been consistently delicious. We all enjoyed our meals very much. I had the salmon salad. The fish was cooked perfectly, very tasty, laid atop a generous portion of fresh greens and veggies dressed in a delicious vinaigrette. Had a wonderful experience yesterday at Ski Beach ! It was our First time there , the entertainment was fantastic ( COYOTE JOE TRAVELING ROADSHOW) ,, I am a huge fan of the COYOTE Joe entertainment.
