“Went here for the first time today, HIGHLY recommend this place!! They have options for every craving. The food here is 10/10!! As well as the coffee. Portions are big and filling especially for how inexpensive it is. Honestly the best part was how welcoming and friendly the staff was. Josh gave us great suggestions and recommendations, greeted us with a smile & great energy . “Amazing bagels, Bialys homemade. Breakfast portions for eggs and egg sandwiches are large and delicious! Prices are great for these options. They also offer platters, sandwiches, salads and make your own salad and bowls. Quality of food is fresh! Counter service but lines moves fast and very well organized. Muffins and cookies big enough to share with a friend or 2 or 3. Definitely come back when in Boca. A great spot for Sunday breakfast or brunch!“

“I’ve been coming to this location for over two years, and it’s consistently excellent. The store is always fully stocked, clean, neat, and well-organized. The convenience of ordering ahead on the app is awesome and it saves me so much time on my commute to work.

AnnMarie (who I believe is the manager) and her team are fantastic. Orders are always fast, accurate, and served with a smile. What really sets this location apart is the friendliness and personal touch. AnneMarie knows her customers by name and makes everyone feel genuinely appreciated.

“I think people have too high expectations for a campus location. Some days are good, some are less than ideal, but I've never had any serious issues with staff here. They're straightforward but not unfriendly/outright rude. Like literally any chain experience, you'll get the occassionally new hire who just doesn't know what to do. It's to be expected.“

“Today I had a crazy experience at H&H. I ordered my spicy sausage and egg Jalapeño cheddar bagel, and then walked over to pay. While I was waiting for the sandwich to be made, I had a seat and started scrolling through my emails. I noticed that quite a few people had ordered after me and were starting to get their bagel so I walked up to the cashier and asked about the sandwich. She responded with the most incredibly genuine, “I’m so sorry it’s taken this long. Let me check”. She went over talk to the person making the bagels and he looked at me and said “oh my gosh I’m so sorry it’s taking this long. I’ll make that right now”. I replied “no problem, it’s not a big deal” and sat down and begin to wait again. Then the manager came out of the back and said “I am so sorry that it is taking so long to make your bagel. I will buy your bagel today, to which I replied, thank you so much but that’s not necessary. I’ve only been waiting a couple minutes”, but he insisted. So then the person who made my bagel came out from from behind the counter and handed me the bag with my bagel, again, profusely apologized, and included a free chocolate muffin with my bagel. This was completely over the top wonderful customer service in a world where we rarely see minimal levels of customer service. I would highly suggest that everyone go to H&H not only because they have incredible bagels, but because they have one of the most wonderful and kindest staffs I’ve ever had the opportunity to be around. GO H&H!“
