“I honestly was blown away by the true Peruvian flavors that all the dishes offered. Chef Jose is truly an artist. I also cannot speak highly enough of our waiter, Jose who was such a joy and so knowledgeable of the menu.

“Tengo 3 años visitando este maravilloso restaurant y sin duda alguna es el mejor restaurant de comida peruana autentica del Sur de La Florida. Exquisitos platillos, uno mejor que el otro, espectacular servicio y atencion y un lindo ambiente sencillo pero al mismo tiempo muy bonito y acogedor. La Causa de Pollo que preparan en Salimar es simplemente una delicia culinaria. Los recomiendo 100%“

“The staff helped us surprise my daughter in the best of ways for her birthday. Her sister came in from out of town and hid out of sight until the birthday girl’s food came. They let the surprise sister wear an apron and they came over as a group so the she was hidden. Then the sister stepped out with the food and surprised the birthday sister. It was fabulous!! They were so kind and helpful. It was perfect. Food is always excellent too.“

“Always the best empanadas. My favorite is the spicy beef. I don’t know what that little pinkish sauce is that comes with the empanadas, but it’s delicious.Manny’s is a small place , expect some waiting in line… but that’s good thing, we want them successful for years to come!“

“Ordered the criollo fish with shrimp online. It was delicious. 2nd time I ordered it this month. 3 stars for service-I stood at the counter, ignored for several minutes attempting to get my online order that had been sitting finished for at least 15mins. No greeting or anything. Weird. Rude.“

“The food was ready fairly quickly. Large portions, so bring your appetite. Passable atmosphere, but I tend to make a lot of people stare ?
Parking: The amount of parking spaces (maybe 12) should be able to fill up their tables. There's also a drive-through for to go orders.“

“So many options. This time around I ordered the fried snapper. It’s humongous! Sides were the yellow rice and plantains. These plantains are not the kind I’m used to, likely wont order them again if I return. Overall, good food experience.“

“I had a wonderful experience placing my 1/4 chicken, rice, and bean order. To be honest, the chicken wasn't half as flavorful as the Pollo Tropical, but it wasn't horrible either. Though, in retrospect, it might have deserved a 3.5.“

“I love the food here and the people that work here are great. Only 1 complaint which is why it’s not 5 stars. The amount of sauces per meal no matter which one you get is 3 than it’s an extra charge for each. They should make the sauces available for dine in customers to use as you eat instead of giving you baby tins that aren’t filled up all the way. I want to have all the sauces!“
