WITHIN 60 SECONDS THE MANANGER BOB AND ALL THE BAR GIRLS ARE THEIR MAKING SURE I WAS OK. BOB THE MANANGER WRAPPED MY THUMB TILL I COULD MAKE IT TO THE ER. I THE STAFF HERE IS TOP NOTCH“

“My boyfriend and I came down from Keystone Heights florida and found this bar & grill. We were sceptic at first but the atmosphere turned out to be GREAT. “Atmosphere was great… Drinks were on point, Food was good, although my steak was significantly over cooked. But the service 😫 my Gawd was terrible I couldn’t have sent my steak back if I wanted cuz the waitress never came to check in… Let’s not mention the busier dropped a handful of dishes in front of our table, picked up the big stuff leaving a slippery mess and a little girl fell in it 💔 Next time we’ll try dining at the bar I guess, I really want to love this place… First impression wasn’t good!!!“

Chefs Kayla and Raz are perfectionists. Love the ranch chicken Philly Wrap! The staff is friendly and great to be around. No matter who serves you, you’ll be taken care of. “I visited Primanti Brothers Restaurant, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I heard so many good things, but the food didn’t really match the hype for me. The sandwich was big, but the taste felt kind of average, and the fries were a little too salty. The place was busy, which is fine, but the service felt slow. The staff were nice, just not very attentive. I waited longer than I expected for my order. I really wanted to enjoy it more, but overall it just wasn’t what I hoped for. I’m not sure if I would go back again.“

Service Is AMAZING, Janet, Heather and Rachel are always welcoming you with a big smile and your drink ready (yes, they know us well lol). The owners Rose and Bob have done a fantastic job with this business. “We just had dinner there and the food and the server was great but they lost our debit card from the table to check out. Instead of just saying I’m sorry and don’t worry about the bill they asks for another card. Now we are having to cancel a card they lost and running late to get my nephew back his broadway show tour at the performance arts center because we are looking for the card. Very dissatisfied in there customer service“

“I was here tonight where a lady didn't like her food. I watched the owner and bartender try to resolve the issue immediately for her, with professionalism and pose. The food I had was incredible, not sure what she had. But all I know is, if I was them, I wouldn't have maintained my composure for nearly as long. It was my first time here, and definitely seemed like a stray crazy person on Christmas evening. Pricing is fair and low, ambiance is very family oriented, like a strong community. Fantastic northern bar. A gem for the south Florida community.“
