“This is a belated review, but back in late November of 2022 I had a somewhat last minute request for a custom cake for my husband and his twin sister Sylvia’s 60th Birthday that was on December 4th. It was to be a surprise for them and I wanted it to be extra special. I reached out to Dan and expressed to him my ideas and he accommodated them perfectly and beautifully. The cake was covered with photos of them together through the years. I will never forget how truly special the cake was and what it meant to my husband Ed and his sister Sylvia. What I didn’t express at the time was that my sister-in-law had been recently diagnosed with metastatic cancer and I realized how extra special this Birthday would be. Sadly, we lost her shortly after her 61st Birthday on December 16, 2023. I just want to thank you whole heartedly for being kind and considerate, providing incredible customer service, and of course, for making a very special cake for a very special occasion. “Waited for about 25 minutes, as evening line was around 20 people . Two people behind the ice cream counter worked tirelessly and efficiently to serve patrons as soon as possible. One staff member also added a bit of theatrics with creating and putting the ice cream in its cup. Very talented! My son had lemon ? cake, strawberries ? mixed with French vanilla ice cream. I had rainbow sprinkles and sweet cream ice cream, my daughter had strawberries with strawberry ice cream. All amazing, all delicious. Cashier was also pleasant, with a warm smile. Definitely recommend, was around $23. Not cheap, but in pricey Citywalk, it was worth it✔️“

“My family and I were here 2 weeks ago and were helped my Aiden (whos in training). A note for management: PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE WHEN HIS TRAINING PERIOD IS OVER! It was absolutely packed in there, I’m talking line out the door. It was loud, there were so many orders, and even through all of that Aiden was so incredibly kind and helpful. I won’t lie, we were alot. My little brother was asking for a bunch of samples, not once was Aiden annoyed or anything, he even helped my brother decide. My stepmom is a little bit hard to understand sometimes because of her accent but he made sure to get all of the orders right. I mean I cant say enough good things about him. He truly was great and unfortunately you dont see much of that with kids his age anymore- hes one of the best!“
