“I have purchased many Groupon for Imperial Dynasty and was surprised by one review stating it was only good for lunch (in fine print she said). I have always used mine for dinners and lunch with no problem. They are for eat in only as stated in fine print. The restaurant is not 4 Seasons but the food is excellent and large portions I always go home with Doggie Bag.“

“I’ve been here maybe 50 times 😂 either via uber eats or in person. The service is super quick, nice, and today, even a chef stepped up to the check out counter to make sure the process was quick and I didn’t have to wait on a check out person. The food never leaves me feeling sick, and they only use olive oil (vs canola or other sub par, cheap oil) - huge perk. For a vegan - this place is a huge win!!

I was thrilled when I walked in and my order was all ready, packaged with napkins and my silverware and still warm! It was delicious too! Great option for a healthy and fast meal!“

“This is a belated review, but back in late November of 2022 I had a somewhat last minute request for a custom cake for my husband and his twin sister Sylvia’s 60th Birthday that was on December 4th. It was to be a surprise for them and I wanted it to be extra special. I reached out to Dan and expressed to him my ideas and he accommodated them perfectly and beautifully. The cake was covered with photos of them together through the years. I will never forget how truly special the cake was and what it meant to my husband Ed and his sister Sylvia. What I didn’t express at the time was that my sister-in-law had been recently diagnosed with metastatic cancer and I realized how extra special this Birthday would be. Sadly, we lost her shortly after her 61st Birthday on December 16, 2023. I just want to thank you whole heartedly for being kind and considerate, providing incredible customer service, and of course, for making a very special cake for a very special occasion. I had the stressful task of getting a birthday cake for my good friend, who is also a baker—because, let’s face it, bakers deserve a special cake too, and she shouldn't have to bake her own birthday cake again this year! Luckily, Ms. Victoria from Simply Homemade 1913 in downtown Sanford came through and delivered an absolutely gorgeous cake with a quick turnaround. We went with a lemon cake, and it was not only stunning but also delicious. The flavors were perfect, and the cake was both light and filling. The design was simple yet elegant, with personal touches that made it feel extra special. You can really tell it was made with love. I’m so glad I chose Simply Homemade 1913 to make this memorable cake—my friend loved it, and I’ll definitely be returning for future celebrations!“

“I started going to Athena’s when my son and family first moved to Maitland over 17 years ago. Since 2018 I went there at least once a week. Having to move back to Connecticut, I miss their chicken so much. My grandchildren know when I come to visit that is the first place I stop to eat. Their chicken is always so delicious and moist. “Cafe 906 is a charming small cafe a bit off the beaten track, being located in Baldwin Park, rather than Winter Park where we are staying. It's well worth the trip, though.
