Update: Finally called and got to speak with someone. Told them about their phone issue and problems through the drive through. Gave credits, just make sure you can look through your purchase, advised manager that large orders they should triple check.
We visit this location every other week. Almost every time something is missing. This last visit I was handed my bag of food in a smaller bag with all three fries on the top, no way to look into the bag to confirm everything...read full review
Not at this time due to always leaving out food from my drive thru order. Even when asked if they checked the order.
Very disappointed.in this location. Just like 95% of people, I love Chick-fil-A, they have my favorite chicken sandwich. Yesterday I went in for lunch and order a chicken sandwich meal and an extra sandwich. I asked for extra pickle and for the chicken to be fried well (I love that extra crispiness and the flavor, weirdly, I am not much a fan of their sandwich otherwise).
