this place is actually really good. the coffee and blended drinks are super sweet and taste amazing, especially with the soft top. the drive-thru line gets kinda long sometimes when everyone is waiting to order, but the workers are always super nice and fast. the drinks are cold and fresh and my whole family likes it. definitely a cool place to get a drink.
After a less pleasant visit than usual at this location last week, I left an honest review of what occurred and mentioned concerns with coffee quality in a few previous visits - the customer service department was prompt and helpful to get this addressed and resolved. Katie D has made coming to Dutch Bros that much better!!! I already love the coffee and the food items and surprise sticker drops, but Katie Ds customer service and friendly atmosphere just elevets the experience. The whole crew is wonderful and so nice but some people just stand out and for my family and I that person is Katie D! So keep her close Dutch Bros!!!!!!!!
