I had been going to the Citrus Park location until it closed and was weary about trying another location due to my unusual order (half coffee/half brown sugar boba tea). “I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food places, however, I visited there the day after hurricane Milton. While the place was absolutely crazy with about 25 people in line because they were pretty much the only ones open in town, the line went quick, the staff were extremely friendly and smiling, my order was made to perfection. Thank you everyone for working so hard the day after a hurricane!“

“Great service, excellent macchiato. There are so many choices available in this plaza but I choose the one nearest to Pet Wise as my dog was being washed and nails cut. I am glad I choose this one. The macchiato was very well made and the cheesecake doughnut was great. The young manager also told me pets were allowed but I did say that if my dog came in, he would not want to leave. So, there is that. The self serve ramen looked excellent. I was impressed with the video made of how to serve ramen and do it yourself. Very creative. As an author interested in marketing, I always notice the marketing. We will return.“

“The service here was friendly, fast and hot when it came out. We got 4 chicken supreme tacos and 4 ground beef supreme tacos. The chicken tacos were great but the ground beef was lacking flavor. The only reason I gave it four stars was because of the ground beef tacos. If they amped up their seasonings on the ground beef I would change my review to 5 stars“

“Shanker and Assal were AMAZING! My turkey burger was delicious. Burger Monger is the only place in Wesley Chapel FL that has turkey burgers. My husband had the turkey melt sandwich and fries. Everything was cooked to order hot and fresh. I definitely will be coming back“

“I ordered from this location tonight (as I do most every weekend) and the burgers were borderline raw. I didn't discover until they were brought home and my schedule didn't allow to return to the store so had to pitch them. I called this evening and spoke to the night manager. He explained they have been training a lot of new employees (and also trainers) and was understanding and apologetic for the experience. He readily offered to make it right (I was satisfied with his solution) and identified the need for more training and committed to helping his team improve. He owned the mistake, offered a solution and identified it was an area that needed work. No restaurant is perfect. I can handle mistakes (more than once) when the management care and they are working to make it better. They will get another order next week and I do recommend this establishment. Not because they were perfect, but because they listened, cared and I believe they will work to make it better. See you next week Five Guys!“

“I can still recommend with caveat. They have good burgers that are moderately priced and the fries are still as good as ever. However, since the bag switchover from cup for the fries (which I can agree with the company's stance concerning), the "generous" portion of fries in the bag are not as generous, IMO, at least not in my area franchises.“
