I love having a Zaxbys nearby! I ate there all the time when I lived in NC. I don’t have to drive 30 minutes to the one in Tampa anymore. 😍 Chicken is fresh here and so good!
Horrible customer service, I don’t want to type all this again. But you get the point no one was courteous enough to come to the window after waiting for 30 min but they did decide to take sips of their sodas and not update me as to what is happening. So I had to leave with no food. And very angry. Not even the manager being a foot away from the window said anything.
