“We just left Sweet Cone Alabama and it was wonderful! There’s lots of selection of candy if ice cream isn’t your thing but the selection of ice cream was great! The girls behind the counter working were so lovely. They were friendly and laughed with us. Highly recommended Sweet Cone Alabama! 10 out of 10!! 8-29-25“

“Yesterday, I ordered the Apple Dumpling and was it good! It was fantastic! If you like apple pie and ice cream, this is it! Underneath the dumplings in the pic is a baked apple! 😋 The guy that made the treat was also most friendly and accommodating.
Today, I brought my presliced frozen banana and got a half price Banana Split (available on Thursdays) . Awesomeness!!! I got to pick my 3 ice cream flavors. Yaz was also friendly and made a beautiful Banana Split! Thanks Yaz!!!

“My granddaughter took me here for her 9th birthday. I loved the place. Totally self service and super clean. Price is based on weight. They have lots of flavors and toppings, so it'll take a while to go through all the combinations. Give it a go, it's a nice tasty and treat.“
“Cameron is amazing. And the other gentleman that worked with him today was absolutely thr sweetest. Great knowledge of the flavors, honest opinions on the flavors, and now the marshmallow is my ultimate favorite!! They were so attentive and caring and patient with my 3 sons. Super amazing staff.“

“This place always has the best customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The employees are always so friendly and willing to go out of their way to serve customers. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt I needed to because of the positivity of all of the employees and welcoming atmosphere.“

“We walked in on a very busy night. Wr were kind of worried but they had their system down. We ordered and waited to the side. We were able to watch the ice cream being made. The kids love the experience and absolutely loved their ice creams. If you find yourself wanting a sweet treat, go check put Mr. Puff's.“

“Friday around 4 my husband ordered a sonic all the way and a sonic burger with just mustard and onions . The food was terrible . The Pattie’s were burnt and looked like card board . They tasted horrible . I’m not sure it was even meat . I took one bite and spit it out . I threw it in the garbage . It looked and tasted so old . We will not be going back there . That place has just gone down hill .“
