“Is a vey attractive store with delicious treats and great service, but the price is a little too much. Before some people comment about affordability, no I’ve been in many places as good as this one and prices are almost half. Great store and a great area. Check the time before showing up cause they close at 9pm.“

“We (family of 8) came right at close on 7/28/24. The closing crew was PHENOMENAL. They made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to make our last day of vacation amazing. I wish I lived here so I could give them more of my business but I HIGHLY recommend the stop. We got a bit of everything and the flavors were all really good. Fudge Sunday was filling and looked very scrumptious. Salted caramel was the big hit of the night.“

“Tasty ice cream! I had the Roadrunner Sunday which was delish. The next night, I had cappuccino crunch in a waffle cone, so yummy! Service was fast and friendly both nights.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp over to the left of the building. Doors are not automatic.“

“Went here and there was only one worker. She was very patient with everyone even though it was very busy. The only thing I didn't like was a bunch of highschool student came in screaming, jumping around, and being obnoxious. But the store couldn't stop that so that's why I gave it a five star.“

“Very welcoming group of employees today. Our son has a peanut and tree nut allery. The employees went above and beyond to make sure we knew what he could have. Also, very aware of not having cross contamination.
Also as a parent with a dairy allergy myself I often don't get ice cream with his restrictions, but they have non dairy options also!!!

“Every time I'm in Destin, I have to stop here for a red candy apple. The staff is always extremely nice this time around. There was an individual working who was an Air Force veteran who was working behind the counter. Thank you for your service. This gentleman was extremely nice. Thank you!“

“I had skepticism about Crumbl based on what I'd heard, seen, and then experienced. It was like walking into a lab of sorts where you see the specimen out on display and you can only pick what's still left for the day. Clean facility but some concern at lack of hair nets and such. Anyways, my order was super fast even if I had to double up on two flavors to get a good sampling style deal. All were consistently unique and delicious in mini forms. I'd visit again!“

“We walked in 10 minutes before they closed and the staff was amazing! The gentleman that helped us made us feel like we didn’t need to rush and were welcome. “Creativity and appearance is great but the flavor on two out of the three were sub par. The banana ice cream had huge clear ice chucks in it with not much flavor. We were only passing thru but I would give this place another try. If you’re in the area, give them a try. I just suggest getting a milkshake and not it in ice cream form.“
