“This visit was extremely special and I am grateful for the amazing staff they are very friendly and done a magnificent job. Compliments to the managers and the staff team and crew. The food was amazingly delicious. And the atmosphere was so awesome. For the first time I had my meal paid for my someone I didn’t even know I a special day to me, celebrating Father’s Day and my daughter who was born a month ago today. Thank you to Po Folk for being a part of Bay county for so long, this location will always have me and my family coming back time and time again.“

“In the past we always enjoyed Harrison’s because of the beautiful view and atmosphere but the food would be hit or miss or lacking but we returned last night to be pleasantly surprised. They got a new chef and everything we ate was delicious!! The blueberry cobbler is made to order and was so amazing. The pork chop was tender and perfectly cooked. Always love sitting at the bar with Britney too. She’s a great bartender. Definitely will be going back more frequently now!!“

“Arrived at 10:05 for lunch because breakfast ended at 10:00. One server took our drink order and said our server would be taking our order shortly. 10 minutes later she took our order. Meanwhile over the next 30 minutes several customers arrived and were served drinks and meals. Our server returned a couple of times with excuses why our food wasn't ready. After waiting patiently for 1 hour we got up and left. No one approached us to ask why we were leaving. This was our first visit to Big Mamas and will not be returning.“

“This was a local cafe next to a quilt store my wife stopped at and a nice treat. Daily specials and breakfast menu. BLT was delicious and wife got fried fish and shrimp plate with squash and onions, spinach casserole and green beans all was very flavorful. Desserts looked awesome but we were full. Love finding a truly local place to eat. Good prices too“

“I already love Slim chickens and it's one of my favorite places to go for a quick dinner, but tonight the two girls with the window were just so sweet, give me exactly what I asked for in regards to extras like sauces and were just both so cute and kind. I hope they have a great night and I hope they enjoyed the sunset 🩵“

“Surprising spot just off 23rd. Food was really good, and is well priced. You can easily get a good breakfast and a coffee for $10. They don’t offer specialty coffee drinks, but it’s a good cup of coffee. My food arrived quickly, and was a good portion (especially for the price). I was a bit shocked to be the only patron. I’ll keep swinging by for a good breakfast.“

“I really wanted this to be a great little local place. The server was super kind and sweet and very quick to wait on us. We ordered the chicken and waffles and the Papas breakfast. Unfortunately the chicken and waffles were like frozen chicken tenders deep-fried with toaster waffles that were soft nothing special about them. Not at all what I had thought they would be. The papa‘s breakfast was a typical classic breakfast with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and toast. The bacon was cooked really well and the eggs were OK. They have silverware that is very small like the forks seem like they are salad forks or children’s forks. I highly recommend they upgrade their silverware to provide a sturdier fork. Sodas are served in a can with a cup of ice, which is fine. It’s very clean with small tables and it stayed very busy. I feel like the cooks could really whip up some delicious food, but this was just OK. And our breakfast was $50 for the two of us. Definitely not a $50 breakfast.“
