I always get a big breakfast, no pancakes. 99% of the time McDonald's acrossed the country. I don't get knive, fork, butter for the biscuits or jelly I would love get these things without going back in to the store.

Every time I go early morning and get a steak egg and cheese bagel it’s like they tried reheating stale bagels. The thing is rock hard, the steak is dry. I’m paying for the most expensive single item I’d like some level of consistency. Not me forced to deal with poor food storage or getting rid of older product.
Ordered it yesterday and they didn’t even put the egg on…
Drive though staff on speaker gave great customer service and are very friendly, so that’s something nice about this location.

Not sure what happened to the old McFlurry container but these new containers are horrible. PE plastic lined cardboard cups are not anymore eco-friendly that the old pe plastic cups.

I can never drink coffee in the morning because the machine is broken!!!! How is it possible that a machine has been broken for months and is not replaced by McDonald's!!!

They have the cappuccino coffee machine broken 3 months ago, very bad attention from McDonald's to its customers of that zip code.

It's disrespectful that a franchise like McDonald's in this place takes you two months without cappuccino coffee because the machine is broken!!! What a lack of respect for the customers who live in winter park

The food was good enough, it's McDonalds. The fries were actually hot and fresh, for sure a plus. I know things have changed, but McDonalds has always been a place for kids, so walking into the bathroom and there not being a changing table was quite a surprise. Super fun attempting to change a squirmy little one.
Kid-friendliness: Don't let your baby or toddler need a diaper change here, I guess you are supposed to do it at the table or in your car?
Avoid this McDonald’s if you can. The quality of the food here is always so bad compared to other McDonald’s and the staff always seems short. Management needs to step up!

I asked for stake and egg bage. I felt like chewing loads of salt, I could even felt the salt grains when chewing. It made me fell sick. Over $10 dollars for a sandwich that I definitely did NOT enjoy!!!!
