“We were a party of 3. We didn't order any food, but stopped in for a few beers in the afternoon. This is a pleasant local bar with a nice atmosphere. The staff were great and beers were cold. I've been to this establishment a number of times and can say that not one was a bad experience. This is a great place to check out of you want to see how the locals do it, but I'm not sure that its going to fit the boardroom meeting joint.
Yes, I would recommend Key West Bar.

Parking: I put plenty of parking as we were there early afternoon, but I can see where there would be a problem finding a parking place during a Sunday football game. And if you are not careful you could miss the entrance coming off A1A.“

Made me want to venture inside and see what the place was about...after entering I immediately liked the place but hold on...The bar tender we had did not even aknowledge us for 5 minutes after we bellied up... And as far as bars go thats waaay too long... When she did come over she was matter of fact and business like. About as warm as a bank teller. I understand you work for a check but tips require a little extra effort. Maybe we were early in the evening but we were customers...Loved the drinks, liked the vibe but the gal behind the bar needs to rethink her style. “We visited recently for our anniversary, we love this place! We were warmly welcomed in, while our table was prepared. Getting to our table, we had a thoughtful card signed by the staff wishing us a happy anniversary as well. Our server, Doug, was simply amazing.We wanted to hang out with him all evening! He took amazing care of us, and made very thoughtful recommendations with his great knowledge of the menus. We had the onion tart for an appetizer and it was decadent paired well with some wine and a nice craft cocktail. Main courses of a heritage pork chop perfectly cooked, and my wife had some amazing fettuccini. The flourless chocolate cake for dessert was absolutely divine. The service and atmosphere were top notch. We will always make this one of our regular spots! Thank you for an amazing evening, and do whatever you can to keep Doug! He is an amazing person and has one of the best service mindsets I have experienced.“

“Rosie's Bottoms Up 8400 US Highway 1 Micco, FL 32976 4 Stars As a true bezonian, I always enter an establishment with high hopes. As I walked in, I immediately smelled that old building scent. I mean, this is a good way; it's comforting, like the smell of an old book. While I found the scent reassuring, I doubted the outcome with Rosie's. Rosie is no longer with us and her picture adorns the wall. Marlene, my server, has been here for 19 years, which I found shocking as she is happy, efficient, and works her tuchus off. This garnered Marlene a 62% tip. Well done, Marlene. Marlene has become an icon in these parts, you can even buy a t-shirt with her likeness while dining. I asked Marlene the Magnificent for one Micco Burger (medium rare) and 10 Garlic Parmesan wings. Digging the relaxing vibe of the old place (people were actually having fun in here), I eagerly awaited Marlene's return. It wasn't a long wait as she was soon sighted bringing my order out of the kitchen. Take a look at those pictures. That is a massive burger. The Micco Burger is made from 8 oz of ground beef, hand-formed, with melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. A half pound makes for one giant hamburger. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare, the cheese was melted all around and the bun was fresh and tasty. The side of pomme frites was likewise perfectly cooked and just as scrumptious. Moving on to the order of Garlic Parmesan wings. One bite in, I knew these were not the best wings I'd ever had, but they were pretty good. They were cooked correctly and abundantly seasoned. Are they going to win any awards? No. Are they trying to? Also, no. They are fine for what they are. The Big Boy says, “Great vibe, smells, and service. Stop on by and tell Marlene the Big Boy sent ya. Hopefully, she won't yell at you!"“

“Gorgeous and relaxing. Life is easy at the Grant house. Fully furnished, clean, and perfectly set of so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We vacationed here for a week, and felt like we had arrived to a luxury abode. Between the deck, patio, pool, dock, and fire pit, we were never bored. And when it storms, the upstairs has 3 decks to sit and watch the storm pass. Well worth the hefty price we paid. I only wish I was able to bring my doggo..“

“This place has a sweet setting right on the beach. Parking is a challenge and is now done with a valet in a very small lot. We have had mixed results dining at BB’s. Some food has been well-prepared, and some has been undercooked and underseasoned. Some drinks have been good and others could have been better. Someone never checking on us after the food arrived makes it tough to point out the short-comings. This is what occurred during our most recent visit. My feeling is that for the prices they are charging, these things should not occur.“

After 1 hr, we asked greeting girls, who said they called us. No way, we were by dock, no loud people or music, phone on high and kept it in our hand. Told girls to try the number again, to show phone works, and she said she could not. And all this time of waiting, there were always one or two tables empty. Finally got seated, 1 1/2 hrs later, then told no Lolly Pop lamb chops available, which two people wanted. I wanted the chicken piccata that was no longer on the menu. So ordered and then waited about 45 min or so more to get our food. Waiter even apologized, why it was taking so long. But a two star for atmosphere. Was so disappointed tonight, kept telling my son how wonderful this place was. Not sure I would go back…sorry?“
