“Good Night John Boys is the best thing to come to Delray with its great 70's music will make you want to stay on the dance floor all night. When you are there its like being back at studio 54 or even being back at 2001 Odyssey were the original idea of the lighted dance floor came from. John Boys has a vibrant atmosphere like no other club in Delray has. If you have not been here yet then you are missing out on one of the best experience of your life.“

“This place is proof that even on a bougie address like Atlantic Ave in Delray can support a dive bar. The atmosphere is dressed down, as are the staff. The food is pub fare, but elevated with touches like pickled red onions and grill toasted buns. The value is amazing, and the portions are respectable. I normally avoid the Ave due to traffic and cost, but Johnnie brings me back time and again.
Oh, and live music is a big draw.“

“We dined here on Tuesday night. The French onion soup was the best I’ve ever had. The seafood crepes were also delicious. My hubby had the escargot and the duck which he also enjoyed. The bread pudding was a very nice ending to our meal. This was our 3rd time here and we will be back!“

“Such a cool spot. The drinks are actually really good, and the whole vibe inside is amazing — cloud ceilings, trippy art, and cozy couches everywhere. Sometimes they’ve got a DJ playing EDM with lights, which makes it even better. There’s a pool table and a nice chill outdoor smoking area too. Definitely a place you can hang out for hours.“

“If you have not tried out this fabulous establishment, you must do it! This is one of the coolest smaller AMAZING restaurants with the greatest atmosphere and KILLER food I have ever visited here in Florida. The food is AMAZING. The chef makes a mean gravy for pasta. “The Museum is open by appointment only and Brian Styles, owner & Curator opened and gave us a personal tour last Saturday. The Museum has a special collection of rare high- horsepower manual trans, Carroll Shelby GT500 Convertibles. Brian explained since convertibles are normally not ordered with the high horsepower engines or manual transmissions since they are heavier and thus slower to race in a quarter mile than hardtops. Besides these, there is also a unique collection of other GM rare convertibles of the same unusual configuration and other muscle cars. Brian, the consumate collector and Curator knows every detail of the history and prominence of these beautiful cars and loved to share his knowledge with us. Besides the cars there is also a large collection of pinball machines and other automotive memobrilia. This is a great Museum and a really nice guy not to be missed!“

“5 stars is not enough. The Venetian Street Bar has the best happy hour around — every day from 4–6 PM, they offer 50% off everything — yes, everything — and while that's reason enough to stop by, it's the hospitality that will make you want to come back again and again.
From my very first visit, Ricardo and Christian made me feel like a regular. They’re kind, energetic, genuinely welcoming, and clearly love what they do. Christian, in particular, is nothing short of a cocktail scientist — crafting some of the most creative and delicious drinks I’ve ever had. Every pour, shake, and garnish feels intentional, and it’s clear you’re in the hands of people who truly care about the guest experience.
The food is amazing too — we couldn’t get enough of the margarita flatbread. SO GOOD.
There’s never a dull moment at the Venetian. I’d honestly travel back for a long weekend just to experience the atmosphere here again. That kind of hospitality is rare — and unforgettable.

“This is John, owner of Barracks Brigade— but, my personal recommendations would be karaoke & trivia! 🙌🏻 However, I’m a jukebox hero and could pretty much enjoy a good karaoke night just about anywhere…it’s the 24/7/365 and 360° of great people, awesome food and a tap rotation sure to impress even the pickiest of self-proclaimed beer elitists among us! From the highly skilled and best bartending staff a regular could ask for to the kitchen…from the events to the beers themselves, Brass Tap truly has been “ole faithful” to me for the entire past 9 years living in Boynton Beach. With bartenders like Randy, who can make even the grinchiest grinches grin..you’re sure to have an extraordinary experience at the bar. With Kitchen Managers like Eko..who have a passion for their craft and are constantly pushing the envelope to ensure the best menu with the best ingredients— you’ll find it impossible to dislike anything you’ll ever order to eat. And most importantly— under John Brock’s general management…I’m not one to use the word “impossible” loosely or lightly, but it’s impossible to fail with that kind of leadership, ESPECIALLY when same said leadership is also a lover of great beer! “I visited Hawkers for the 2nd time 2 weeks ago. I brought another group of friends there to celebrate one of our girlfriend's birthdays. Once again it was a great experience. Chef Reggie remembered me from my last visit. Manager Tom welcomed me back. Chef Benjamin came out to meet my friends and I. He wished the birthday girl happy birthday. Our waitress Dakota was very friendly and attentive. The staff made us feel special, and thanked me for coming back again and introducing my friends to the restaurant. We enjoyed the food, our drinks and the vibe of the place. A+ for customer service, hospitality and food. I will definitely come back again. I may even bring a new set of friends with me next time around.“
“My Mom lives in Delray and we brought her here for drinks before her birthday on a Friday evening in February. It was awesome. Amazing views, cool rooftop bar area, great live yacht rock singer (Jamie!) taking requests. Bethany, the manager made sure that my Mom was celebrated - and we were only there for about an hour and half. I hesitate to share this review because I fear it will become too popular, but for the time being it is a hidden gem near the beach!“
