“The location on the beachfront was fantastic. Our server Dale was very good and the food was very good. We had the Tostones with pulled pork, ahi tuna appetizer, shrimp cocktail and split the Wagyu hotdog. Everything was delicious and high quality with a nice presentation. Our desert included the key lime pie and homemade coconut ice cream made from only coconut and coconut milk. Overall I highly recommend and will be going back.“

“Rocco's on Clematis has nice ambience, good food and drink and TERRIBLE sound level. If you actually want to have any chance to speak with your fellow diners then sit outside. This could be remedied by turning the overly loud music down. The space creates enough sound without the full volume music.“

“We usually steer clear of Greek Restaurants because they rarely have traditional flavors that we are used to at home…Chris’ Taverna pleasantly surprised us and we chose to eat here twice during our trip! My daughter said she enjoyed the octopus more than she did in Greece! The food is plentiful and delicious! The shrimp saganaki is perfect and the meat platter is huge and delicious!“

“I got a really delicious bowl of miso ramen here. However, when I asked about the eggs that come with (my favorite part) I was told that I would get both halves of the egg. I was so excited that I could not stop shaking. I find the eggs that come in ramen so delectable that they are what I even order ramen for. So when I received my bowl, I was more than surprised to see that I only got one half of an egg. In fact, I wasn’t just surprised- I was highly shocked and distraught. I felt betrayed. I didn’t know what to do. I wanted to cry, scream, and/or yell. The rest of the bowl was great. I almost came. I definitely would have if I got the full egg. I also ordered another egg after. Everything else was perfect but I did have to keep calling over the server but it wasn’t really a big deal at all. Would definitely come back, but fix your egg problem please.“

“We celebrated my oldest son’s birthday last night. We had a table like a ship’s bridge and that gave us the bird’s view. Everyone looked happy with the service and the delicious food kept coming to the very happy patrons. Our server was a very polite young man JP was his name and not only he was very pleasant but since I speak Greek it was very enjoyable for me to communicate in our native language. The food was excellent, served hot, perfectly cooked and plenty. The five of us enjoyed the Greek flavor and aroma. “My first experience dining here, read the reviews and they sounded good so decided to book a reservation. Arrived at the restaurant had to park four blocks away parking is atrocious. The hostess was busy talking on her phone, never a good sign. Sat down finally, decided on an appetizer and some entrees the waiter came back and said they were out of the appetizer, started off bad. Very limited fish dishes, ordered a steak dish and a fish dish,nothing spectacular and it was tough we did not say anything to the waiter the whole situation from beginning to end a total disappointment, couldn't wait to leave, actually felt nauseated after leaving after eating my fish with risotto, it was so greasy. Very loud place hard to have a conversation.I don't know what the hype is about this place because the prices do not match the food quality or the presentation. Would not recommend nor would I go back ever. The whole vibe was uninspiring and the atmosphere was just not a good experience or fun. I guess if you're a drinker this place might be fun but if you're not it makes waiting for your entree for 45 minutes more excruciating, was not impressed about anything about this place and I wanted to be. Note to manager find a Hostess that seems like she's interested in seating people and not talking on the phone. I could honestly say I had better food at the gas station on the way into town, the homemade empanadas there were amazing. All I can say to people is beware of reviews you'll get burned I know I have on several occasions. I've run into people who absolutely love this place while I've been in town, wish I could say the same. maybe I was there on an off night but waiting 45 minutes for an entree when three of their tables were seated and served before I was seemed a little strange. the wait staff seem tired and uninspired.“

The chocolate truffles were an excellent dessert. Our waitress, April was amazing. She answered all of our questions and was spot on with her descriptions. We will be going back. I’m not a vegetarian but it was nice to be able to order anything on the menu and not wonder “What’s actually in this meal?” The restaurant is pet friendly and the owners are also involved in transporting cats and dogs to New Hampshire.“
