“Outrageous! The Kosher Kowboy nailed it... the plant-based chicken crisped to perfection on the outside and warmly tender on the inside. The habanero coleslaw balanced heat and deliciousness. 100/100 The crab cakes and side sauce did not disappoint either. So yummy 😋 Great atmosphere and service... “We had a fantastic takeout experience so we are coming back to join for the ambience next time. The food was delicious. They changed the menu all the time. They work with special requests, which is incredibly unusual with a restaurant that has this type of Craft. Very accommodating and the food is outstanding. When my husband picked up the food, he said we’ve got to go back. You’ll love the place. I’m not sure who answered the phone, but we dealt with him twice and I really have not seen that type of Customer service in a long time.”

“As a lifelong customer of the Melting Pot in its varied locations, it’s been a fun and enjoyable experience for me whether I’m on a romantic dinner date with my husband, celebrating my dad’s birthday, or just randomly wanting to turn a bad day into a better one and bring my kids in for cheese and chocolate. Laura there at the Palm Beach Garden’s Melting Pot did an excellent job being a great server and recommended a few new arrivals to the menu to try, made us feel welcome and had a few laughs along the way.”

“My first experience dining here, read the reviews and they sounded good so decided to book a reservation. Arrived at the restaurant had to park four blocks away parking is atrocious. The hostess was busy talking on her phone, never a good sign. Sat down finally, decided on an appetizer and some entrees the waiter came back and said they were out of the appetizer, started off bad. Very limited fish dishes, ordered a steak dish and a fish dish,nothing spectacular and it was tough we did not say anything to the waiter the whole situation from beginning to end a total disappointment, couldn't wait to leave, actually felt nauseated after leaving after eating my fish with risotto, it was so greasy. Very loud place hard to have a conversation.I don't know what the hype is about this place because the prices do not match the food quality or the presentation. Would not recommend nor would I go back ever. The whole vibe was uninspiring and the atmosphere was just not a good experience or fun. I guess if you're a drinker this place might be fun but if you're not it makes waiting for your entree for 45 minutes more excruciating, was not impressed about anything about this place and I wanted to be. Note to manager find a Hostess that seems like she's interested in seating people and not talking on the phone. I could honestly say I had better food at the gas station on the way into town, the homemade empanadas there were amazing. All I can say to people is beware of reviews you'll get burned I know I have on several occasions. I've run into people who absolutely love this place while I've been in town, wish I could say the same. maybe I was there on an off night but waiting 45 minutes for an entree when three of their tables were seated and served before I was seemed a little strange. the wait staff seem tired and uninspired.”

“Went for anniversary dinner. Food was awesome. I enjoyed my branzino, my husband had prawns. We shared a side of potatoes , and if you love dessert please get the pistachio gelato with the pudding, omg I died and went to heaven.
Portions are shareable so keep this in mind. Drinks are good. We went at night it was an intimate setting white table cloth. Severs were attentive, managers all came to ask if you are okay. Will be back for sure.”

“My daughter is very picky with ice cream and saw a Facebook ad requesting we go. We went and ordered 4 different things in the hopes she’d eat something. She finished her entire ice cream and literally gave it a thumbs up. Usually she eats 1-2 bites and says she’s done. My 2 year old swapped between his and mine because he couldn’t decide what was better. My husband finished his first and doesn’t usually eat ice cream. We got strawberry sorbet, Greek yogurt, Belgium chocolate, chocolate hazelnut Oreo-one was made into a sandwich nothing but deliciousness!”
