“Love this place! We’ve been coming here many times throughout the years and enjoy the atmosphere and delicious food! Our ONLY issue here has been one specific, rude waitress. Today was the 2nd time we’ve had her as our waitress. First time (last year) she attended our families, we noticed she was rude, but gave her the benefit of the doubt, figuring she was having a bad day. But today, she was being extremely rude, unprofessional and seemed annoyed. She treated our kids poorly and treated the adults like kids. I’d still recommend this place, but please be aware not to have TANIA as your waitress!“

“We are local & love to visit at least 2 or 3 times a month. Love their grouper sandwich & grouper wrap. And Mary Jo’s Key Lime wings are awesome😎There was a bad review on google from a group of women that said they waited an hour for service….. that was a BS review. We were the small table that had a beer. The waitress Anne went to their table right after they sat down & handed them a Cinco de Mayo menu & said she’d bring back the main menu. She had just opened up & was still setting up. We told her we were just fine. This group of women were Not sitting there more than 10 minutes then got up & left, leaving their garbage they brought in! You are in the Florida Keys which is known for being laid back. Relax & enjoy the laid back pace Or go back home & take your stress with you😎We love the Keys & this great little restaurant !“

From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He gave great recommendations, made fantastic drinks, and always had a positive attitude, even when things got busy.

Pierre has a way of making every guest feel valued, and his personality and professionalism truly make the Tiki Grill a better place. Hawks Cay is lucky to have someone like him on their team. We look forward to seeing Pierre again the next time we’re here!“
