We were seated indoors for Christmas Eve despite having a reservation. When we asked to be seated outdoors, the request was declined. Interestingly, a fellow diner was allowed to change seats upon request. Unfortunately, our experience was further marred by the subpar grouper special and inattentive service, with our server checking in only once. Furthermore, my daughter's plate was taken prematurely.
