We had breakfast at Maia several times during our stay, and each time, both the food and service were great. However, what impressed us most was what happened after one of our breakfasts.

My daughter realized that she had accidentally left behind a collection of shells that were very special to her. She was absolutely heartbroken and inconsolable, so we went back to Maia hoping we might be able to find them. Unfortunately, the shells were nowhere to be found.

Expensive. The cup with orange juice was dirty. The place was messy. The omelet and burrito were both great.
Best restaurant for breakfast on the island!! The service is top notch!! Ask for Nelly or Bianca! They handled our family with a smile every morning. The level of service they gave us was beyond exceptional!! We will actually miss them when we leave but because of them we will be back soon!
