“I had a great experience at Vale Healthy Kitchen in Boca Raton. Everything was very fresh, delicious, and truly healthy. I really liked the wide variety of options they offer you can choose from suggested dishes on the menu or create your own meal, with different portion sizes, prices, and flavors to fit your preferences.

The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Even close to closing time, they remained extremely kind, helpful, and dedicated to providing great service, which really made a difference.

Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s comfortable, healthy, and pleasant the perfect spot to enjoy a tasty, nourishing meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back. 😋🌱💯“

When we entered we were greated immediately by the cashier, she was great at customer service and she had an amazing energy.

“Went to Nautical bowls today for the first time because my son saw the menu and look amazing and we were not disappointed. My son got the protein bowl (with fresh made peanut butter it was delicious and I ordered the tropical island (what an explosion of flavors!!) “Such a cute little spot! It has an array of differebt boba tea flavors! The ice cream was excellent and not too pricey, you could even turn the ice cream into a milkshake! My favorite flavor was Duche de Leche Cheesecake, absolutely phenomonal!“

“I was at “Casa do Pastel” Margate location on Sunday with my mother and my daughter, we had a few Brazilian empanadas and we loved it!!
The empanadas were HUGE, fresh and made to order.
The Manager/owner was very friendly and patient with us.

“I’m really happy the seed moved into the neighborhood. They are making great use of the space. I like the indoor and outdoor seating and the waterfront views. The paid parking is a bit silly and you can park for free at the Burlington which is a small walk away. I liked my coffee and the food was good. The reason for the 4 stars is because I went late morning on a Monday and the children outnumbered the patrons. They were screaming inside and playing loudly outside. When I go to a coffee shop, I am looking for a peaceful place to catch up with a friend or a quiet place to work. I felt like I was at a playground. This is a good place to go if you have kids I guess. I tried not to get them in my photos.“

“Clean, tasteful, fresh and no fillers. A little on the pricey side but they are generous with their portions and fresh ingredients. You receive a real fruit smoothie without any additives or sugars. I much prefer a smaller real smoothie to a fake chemical smoothie. The taste of each smoothie is delicious and well blended. Not too watery and a balanced consistency. The easy order kiosk is great for convenience. They are generous with samples so you can try other items you may like. I started with the Purple Haze and sampled the Blue Banana. The Blue Banana was so good I came back to order a large one the next day.“

Not only were they super efficient in whipping up delicious smoothies as always specified and their care for each customer truly stands out. They took the time to answer questions, offer recommendations, and even remembered my preferences from a previous visit. It's clear they genuinely enjoy what they do.
And their wonderful attitudes were infectious! Even during a busy rush, they remained positive, energetic, and completely unruffled. “I have been to this place multiple times and each time, IT HITS. I always get the spicy vegan burger wrap and ITS SOLID EVERYYTIME!
