i love the location the food was delish............ except for the patties but overall, I will be back.
They say it's the same as Donna's but it is truly not. Mean servers and the taste is but the same.
The food is always fresh, tastes great, and the staff serves generous portions. My only advice is to go early because popular items sell out quickly. I’ve lived in the area for 6 years and still haven’t been able to get a beef patty because they’re always sold out! Overall, it’s a great spot for fresh and flavorful Jamaican food. 🇯🇲🍽

However, experiences vary: some find the chicken dry and the taste average or below average, while others describe the food as really delicious. Service is generally great, but one particular lady consistently has a horrible, mean, and nasty attitude, making customers feel unwelcome. She reportedly serves only medium oxtails, limiting portions to six pieces for $22, and refuses extra meat without a charge. This employee’s anger and poor attitude cause some customers to walk out, especially when the curry chicken looks past its best. Overall, Marthabrae is a good stop for quick, tasty Jamaican food, but the inconsistent service and attitude of one staff member can be off-putting.
