“I had a great experience at Vale Healthy Kitchen in Boca Raton. Everything was very fresh, delicious, and truly healthy. I really liked the wide variety of options they offer you can choose from suggested dishes on the menu or create your own meal, with different portion sizes, prices, and flavors to fit your preferences.

The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Even close to closing time, they remained extremely kind, helpful, and dedicated to providing great service, which really made a difference.

Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s comfortable, healthy, and pleasant the perfect spot to enjoy a tasty, nourishing meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back. 😋🌱💯“

“In town prior to a cruise and was looking for something that wasn’t gonna be crazy heavy and sit in my stomach like a rock. This was perfect! Delicious and filling without feeling like you need a nap after eating. They have a creative menu of wraps, smoothies and açaí bowls. Definitely give them a try!“

“Best quality sea moss in Florida! I absolutely love this company. I’ve been to their location a few times and I’m always welcomed with the biggest smiles. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable.

They are constantly adding in new inventory to their shelves to cater to different needs -from skincare, to supplements to fresh made juices and more!

My first purchase was a bottle of Elderberry syrup and I voiced my interest in sea moss and Christos was kind enough to give me a sample of raw sea moss to make my own gel ( I made enough to fill up an entire mason jar to the brim). That alone showed me that they actually care about their customers and it’s not all about money to them.

Amazing customer service 10/10 I highly recommend especially if you’re looking to improve your overall health. I look forward to seeing this business flourish and grow even more ❤️“

“Today I stopped by the Plantation location, ordered two meals to go and was very disappointed when I returned back to my office. The first one was customized (Autumn salad) and although everything was told to the young man at the beginning, he omitted half of everything that was needed to make a salad. Now the 2nd order was a market plate (honey adobo), not sure why he added black lentils, no lime and tajin and a piece of chicken so small, you would have thought it was a kid's meal. So, if NO was an answer if I would return.“

“Went to Nautical bowls today for the first time because my son saw the menu and look amazing and we were not disappointed. My son got the protein bowl (with fresh made peanut butter it was delicious and I ordered the tropical island (what an explosion of flavors!!) “Had an amazing experience at this Carrot Express location. The food was made really well, but what stood out the most was the customer service. The young lady at the front named Melody was very sweet, kind, and respectful. She made sure issues I’ve had before when ordering at other locations didn’t happen here. She took my order perfectly and made sure everything I didn’t want on my meal was left out.
