“Not just any subway.I think every subway has a fresh appetizing signature smell. The difference is the magic that the workers put into every art of food served here. Every day I come in for sub artist Nia. Some days a sub, some days a salad.I love walking in to be greeted by her smile and genuine " hey peter, welcome", "are we doing a salad with the crispy bacon you love?". Nia keeps subways motto of fresh to the fullest. Fresh ingredients personally prepared, fresh Flores and clean counter space, fresh positive vibes in the store.While waiting in line I see considerate consistency for all patrons. Everyone gets a unique costumer service and respect for there time here with Nia. Sanitary conditions are always priority with her ( changing gloves, cleaning counter space). I've seen her deal with complicated orders so politely and professional. Always smiling and keeping everyone's requests in mind while in a busy store. Something keeps me coming back here. Management would be proud and should be honored to have Nia on the team. Customer pay full price if Subway is doing specials but only being honored via a phone app.I think they should think that idea. “Food is always great at JM's, but what makes this specific location the best is the two young ladies who closed on Thursday, July 24th. I am in the restaurant biz myself, and I was amazed at how nice and genuine they were. I entered around 8:40 pm (they closed at 9:00pm) and I asked if I could still order and they didn't blink. They made me feel relaxed that I could enjoy my meal after I worked a 12-hour shift.

To Caesar (owner) and Cassidy (GM), I am sure you are aware already, but you have two great employees working for you and who representJM with such kindess and professionalism.

“Got two Italian 8 inches- buy one get one. The sandwiches were MASSIVE! A ton of meat. They come cold, so I toasted one and ate the other cold. The first one I ate gave me two meals. They are cut in half.

Good to see the owner so involved in the day to day running of the business. Very hard to keep sufficient staff at many of the Coral Springs restaurants,(***hint: if you have any concern at any small local business, always ask to talk to the manager or owner before plastering a negative review…small businesses deserve our support and welcome the chance to make it right). Premo's Subs seemed to be packed with people eating inside. After overlooking the menu, I placed an order for their lunch special - a large meatball sub with chips and a medium drink for $13.99. The sub was made in a timely manner...wrapped up hot and ready to go...because there wasn't time to sit and enjoy the sub at the sandwich shop, it was eaten on the road; with half in one hand and the steering wheel in the other.

The meatball sub was really good. Nice sized meatballs covered in a zesty tomato sauce and cheese was neatly held in tact in a soft roll. The coke beverage from their small fountain machine was cold and refreshing in this hot weather. I decided to save the cheese doritos for later with the other half of the sub. Enjoyable quick lunch from Premo's.“
