“I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s in different parts of the city, and wow—this location has a whole different vibe. The young gentleman and lady working here were so friendly and professional that I briefly wondered if I had wandered into a customer-service training video.

In other areas, you get a sandwich. Here, you get a sandwich and a smile, a joke, and the feeling that everyone actually wants to be here. Wild concept.

“We got a giftcard for them and OMG the subs were delicious!! They were exactly how we asked and it was 3 subs two were #7 and a BLT. They were perfect! Also we got a small pack of cookies and they were the mini cookies those were so soft but tasted so good!! The place is located to a good location right in front of the ikea lots of parking! Inside is clean everything organized! We went when they were about to close, they served us with fresh food and great customer service! Can’t wait to go back today!!!“

“I’ve always loved sandwiches, sub sandwiches in particular. So I knew about Firehouse Subs and wanted to try them. And i was not disappointed. Had the Spicy Cajun Chicken while my wife had the Steak and Cheese.
This was the best sub sandwich I’ve ever had. Fresh and really really tasty. Also loved the pickle on side. Staff was friendly and service was really quick.“

“I ordered the wings and fries and they were burnt. I took them back complain to the cashier about it. They replaced them with more old wings that have been sitting there for a while. The food is not fresh. I do not recommend go to another Charlie.“

Ashley made my sandwich exactly the way I asked and had an amazing attitude. Her customer service went beyond what you normally see in fast-food restaurants. She always had a smile, no matter what.
While I was eating my sub, I noticed that every customer who came in was greeted and served with the same love and positive energy she showed me. Honestly, it was great customer service all around. Her recommendations were spot-on-especially the cookies, which I loved!
