The wait time in the drive thru could be a little less, but I attribute that to the fact that there are people in front of me already, and I expect it. That being said, the wait isn't much longer than everywhere else you can go, but the food is way better. I have never had a cold sandwich or fry from this location, and they only once messed up my order, which was actually my fault.
They need more staff, but even with being short-staffed they are quick.
